You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. All items returned must be in sellable condition.
To return an item, you must contact customer service at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box to qualify for a refund or replacement. Once we receive the item, in good condition, we will issue full credit for the purchase price of the unit.
If we shipped an item in error, we will send a postage-paid return label at no charge to you. If a replacement unit is needed, we will ship this upon receipt of the returned unit.
Returns must be sent in original packaging, including the box and packing materials. Items that have torn or marked boxes will not be accepted. Items that were shipped in shrink-wrap packaging must remain in the shrink-wrap. Items scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged because of insecure packing will not be eligible for return. Avoid excessive markings to the box. Use packaging tape, not duct tape, to seal the box.

UPS is the preferred carrier of return items. You may also ship returns via FedEx or United States Postal Service. You may want to insure and track your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
· Items that involve custom work or painting at the time of sale are not returnable.
· Special order items not listed on our web site are not returnable.
If an installed part is defective, please contact us and we will instruct you on how to return the part. Once the part is received, we will repair or replace the part at our discretion. Refunds will not be given for defective parts.
Items that have markings, scratches, alterations such as holes drilled in the cover or mishandling are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping and Restocking Fees
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 20
percent restocking fee.
Items that include prepaid shipping will have the actual shipping charges, both to
and from destination, deducted before applying the 20 percent restocking fee.
Crediting Your Account
Returns are processed weekly. It typically takes 5-15 business days for a credit card
company to credit your account. Please allow time for processing. Issued credits will
appear on your credit card billing statement.
